* 2 cups of white flour…
* 2/3 Tsp of salt
* 1/2 Tsp of thyme
* 1/2 Tsp of basil
* 1/3 Tsp of oregano
* 1 Tsp of celery salt
* 1 Tsp of black pepper
* 1 Tsp of dried mustard
* 4 Tsp of paprika
* 2 Tsp of garlic salt
* 1 Tsp of ground ginger
* 3 Tsp of white pepper

* 1 Egg
* 1/2 cup Milk

* Chicken pieces
Directions:
Directions:
- Mix all dry Ingredients

- Beat Milk and Egg in separate bowl

- Coat Chicken in dry ingredients then dip in egg mixture then back into dry ingredients

- Fry in oil or air fryer till internal temp is 165ºC
