* Baby potato's to cover a cookie sheet
* Olive Oil
* Grated Parmesan Cheese
* Oregano

Directions:

- Cut baby potato's in half and wash,

- Pat or air dry for 30 min in a colander

- Pour olive oil on your cookie sheet (you want to be generous with the oil, you need enough that it is covering the sheet corner to corner)

- Liberally cover the olive oil with graded parmesan cheese, (you shouldn't be able to see the oil or the cookie sheet)

- Sprinkle oregano over the cheese or any other savory flavor you may like

- Place the halved baby potato's face down on the cheese and fill the sheet, (there should be small spaces between the potato's when you are done)

- Place in the oven at 350F for 30-45 min until the potato's are soft and the cheese is a golden brown

*Serve and enjoy
