Unripen plantains
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
1) Wash plantains with water
2) Peel plantains and place into a bowl or plate
3) Put enough oil into the pan for deep frying
4) Slice plantain with a knife or grater into thin pieces, like potato chips.
5) Prepare a salt solution and add 2 tbsp into frying pan.
6) Add plantains. Stir gently and allow to fry for 20 minutes or until crispy.
7) Remove from oil, drain, and allow to cool completely.
8) Serve with peanuts, juice, or alone.
