6 eggs
1 1/2 c. of milk
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. of butter
2 apples peeled and sliced
2-3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Melt butter in 13x9 baking dish or 12" porcelain quick dish in oven. Add apples, return to oven until butter sizzles. Do not let brown. Add batter, sprinkle with brown sugar, return to oven and bake 20 min until puffed and brown. Serve immediately.

*We make ours without the apples.
