½ cup chopped onions
1 envelope taco mix
1 cup chopped green chives
1¼ cup milk
¾ cup bisquick mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onions until brown, drain. Stir in taco mix then spread in pie plate and top with chives. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth using a blender then pour in pie plate. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with sour cream. 6-8 servings
