1 lb. ground meat
1½ cup chopped onions
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1½ cup milk
¾ cup bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions then drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in a 10 x 1½ inch pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater) and pour mixture in pie plate. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
