7 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. turmeric

Directions:
Mix the cucumbers, onion, green peppers, and salt in a large bowl and let sit for 1 hour. Then drain. Heat sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed, and turmeric together until sugar is dissolved and pour over the vegetables. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 10 days before eating.
