4 thick bone in pork chops
1tbsp oil

Marinade
⅓ cup soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add pork chops to the marinade.
Marinate for 1-24 hours in fridge
Remove from marinade and fry or grill
Cook time depends on thickness of the chops usually about 4 min each side until the juices run clear and internal temperature 145ºCelsius
If you have really thick chops they can be finished in a 350º oven until the recommended internal temperature is reached.
