1 lb short pasta
1 lb bacon
2 c cherry tomatoes
3 c shredded Romaine lettuce
2 avocados
2 T parsley, fresh or frozen best but dried also works

Dressing:
¼ c Ranch dressing
¼ c mayonnaise
¼ c sour cream
black pepper to taste
1 T apple cider vinegar
Optional but recommended: Sriracha or Frank's Hot sauce to taste

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling water till el dente then chill in cold water and drain well. Fry bacon or in 400º oven till crispy. Place on paper towel to absorb oil then cut in bite size pieces.
Cherry tomatoes may be quartered, halved or left whole.
Romaine lettuce gets shredded, avocado cubed and parsley chopped, then all ingredients placed in large bowl for mixing.
Just before serving, pour dressing over top and gently toss to coat everything.
If you like a saucy salad, make 2 recipes. Add the first half to salad and let sit a few minutes to soak up flavours. Just before serving add more as desired.
