1/2 cup peanut butter (almond butter or other?)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
1/4 cup almond milk plus 2 tbl
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbl cocoa powder
1-2 tea vanilla
2 cups old fashioned oats


Directions:

Measure all ingredients into a pan except the oats.
Turn the heat onto medium to med low.
Cook at a low boil stirring constantly until the ingredients are well blended and starting to thicken up.

Remove from the heat and stir in the oats.

Mix well.

Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper into little balls.

place into the fridge and let cool and harden. Then remove from parchment paper and into container.
