Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 package of taco seasoning (Old El Paso or Epicure taco seasoning) 1 red pepper 1 orange pepper 1 yellow pepper 4 cups of grated cheddar cheese 3-4 hearts of romaine lettuce (depending on the size) Catalina salad dressing 1 big bag of Dorito Nacho flavor chips

Directions:Fry the ground beef and drain the grease. Add a full package of taco seasoning or 2-3 tablespoons of the Epicure taco seasoning (it really depends how strong you like the taste of the seasoning).
Chop the peppers into small chunks. Chop the romaine lettuce. Grate 4 cups of cheddar cheese. Crunch a full bag of Dorito Nacho chips. When ready to serve, place the lettuce, peppers, and cheese in a large bowl. Add the warm ground beef and the full bag of crunched chips to the salad. Mix up the ingredients. Add desired amount of Catalina salad dressing or leave it on the side for guests to add themselves.
