4 c. Macaroni
3 Eggs beaten
3 tbsp. Oleo
3 c. Milk (can use evaporated milk cut with water)
2 c. Chedder Cheese, shredded
6 slices American Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender.
In a large measuring cup or bowl, mix beaten eggs, oleo, milk, salt, and pepper. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
Drain macaroni and pour in a pan sprayed with Pam or butter the pan. Pour milk mixture over macaroni and mix well. Top with sliced cheese. Bake at 300º for about 1 hour or until firm.
