1 lg. Round Steak cut 1/2 inch thick
4 slices raw Bacon, cut in half
2 dill Pickles, each cut in 4 lengthwise
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Catsup (Ketchup)
3/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Cooking Oil or bacon drippings
Salt and Pepper to taste

Trim steak off bone and fat. Cut into eight pieces approximately 4 inches long and
2-1/2 to 3 inches wide. Wrap raw bacon around each piece of pickle (8 in all). Wrap a strip of steak around each bacon wrapped pickle. Secure with toothpicks. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and pan fry in 1/4 c. cooking oil until lightly browned. Place in baking pan. Mix catsup and water together and pour over meat in pan. Bake, uncovered, in 350º oven for 1 hour.
May also be cooked on top of stove in covered skillet.
