1 box Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
1 egg
1 tbsp Water
1/2 c Butter or Margarine - softened (not melted)

Preheat oven to 365º

Pour cookie mix into a bowl. Pour cinnamon sugar packet into a separate bowl.

Add softened butter, water, and egg into cookie mix. Stir until dough forms.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray (or use wax paper).

Roll dough into balls**. Drop each ball into cinnamon sugar and roll around until completely coated.

Place each ball approximately 2 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake at 365º for 10 minutes only.

Remove cookie sheet from oven. Let cookies cool for 1 - 2 minutes on the pan, then transfer cookies to wire cooling rack until completely cooled. (Try not to eat them all while warm).

The cookies turn out soft, just the way my grandkids like them.

**I can get 48 cookies by rolling the dough into smaller balls
