4 Eggs
1 Box/package light brown sugar
3/4 c Canola oil
2 c Bisquick Baking Mix
1 tsp Real vanilla extract
1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325º.

Beat eggs until well blended. Mix in vanilla extract and canola oil. Mix in light brown sugar until completely dissolved. Stir in Bisquick until mixture has a somewhat creamy consistency. Lastly add pecans and coconut. Mix well.

Coat 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam baking spray evenly.

Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.

Let brownies cool. Then cut and enjoy!
