8 oz Linguine or Angel Hair Pasta
8 oz Shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
2 tbsp Italian Dressing
1 tbsp Garlic - minced
6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3/4 c Reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package and drain. Set to the side.


In a skillet, on medium heat, add Italian dressing and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink in color, approximately 2 - 3 minutes. Stir in garlic. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

Remove skillet from heat. Place shrimp on a plate, preserving liquid in skillet. Set to the side.

Return skillet to heat. Stir in cream cheese and chicken broth. Cook 3 - 5 minutes, stirring until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Return shrimp to skillet and stir in parmesan cheese until well blended.

Stir past into sauce and serve.
