Sausage Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

2 lb breakfast sausage
1 bab frozen shredded hash browns 30-32 oz
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
2 c shredded cheddar xheese
8 eggs
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Cook sausage until no longer pink and drain the fat. Add hash browns to the skillet and cook until lightly brown. (Add oil if needed.) Place hash brown on bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with sausage and cheese. Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, powders and milk. Pour over hash brown mixture. (Can cover and refrigerate at this point.) Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
