1 pouch (17.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
1/2 c butter
1/4 to 1/2 t mint extract
6-8 drops green food color
1 egg
1 c creme de menthe baking chips
1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Stir cookie mix, butter, extract, egg, and food color until a soft dough forms. Stir in chips. Drop 2 inches aprat on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool in pan 3 minutes. Then cool on a wire rack.
