1/2 cup Salad Oil
1 Large Onion - Chopped
1 Large Green Pepper - Chopped
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Tbsps. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Drops of Tabasco
1 Can Beef Broth (10 3/4 oz.)
2 Cans Tomato Sauce (8 oz.)
2 Cans Kidney Beans
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Cook vegetables until soft stirring often.

Add beef and cook until meat begins to lose its pink color. Pour off excess fat. Stir in chili powder. Cook over low heat 1 to 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stirring to blend. Cover. simmer slowly 2 to 3 hours, stirring often.

Serve chili garnished with cheese. Good over Fritos.
