Marinade:
300 gm boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp chili powder
salt - to taste
Gravy:
500 gm tomato - roughly chopped
100 gm onion - chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
50 gm cashew nut
2 tbsp kashimi chili powder
3 tbsp cream
1/2 tbsp garam masala
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp kasoorri methri (dried fenugreek leaves)
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken with garlic paste, chili powder, and salt. Set aside for 15 - 20 minutes. Then, heat a pan and add some oil and butter. Fry chicken until done. Set aside.

In the same pan, add some oil, butter, and add onion. Once onion it cooked, add tomatoes and cashew nuts. The add 1/2 cup of water, garlic paste, salt, vinegar, sugar, garam masala, and chili powder. Evenly mix and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Once done put it in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until it turns to a fine pulp. Add butter, cream, chicken, kasoori methi, and let simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.

Garnish with cream and kasoori methi.

The butter chicken is ready to serve!!
