1 rotisserie chicken
1/2 lb sliced deli style ham/chopped
1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese, chopped

For the sauce:
4 Tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 Tbsp flour
2 c heavy cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/2 c chicken stock

Topping:
4 Tbsp butter
1 1/4 c breadcrumbs
1/4 c Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Pull meat from rotisserie chicken and lay in a buttered baking dish.
Add chopped ham and then swiss cheese.

In a large pan, add 4 Tbsp butter and garlic and sauté about 2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Dijon mustard. Cook about a minute and then whisk in the flour. Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Whisk until sauce is hot and slightly thickened.

Pour over chicken mixture, sprinkle with combined topping ingredients and bake for 35 minutes.
