6 white fish filets (flounder, sole, perch, etc.), 2" thick
1 c. mayonnaise
1 large onion, puréed
oil
salt
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare baking pan with oil. Lay filets flat in pan.

Mix together mayonnaise and onion until smooth. Spread over fish.

Season with salt. Sprinkle generously with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 400º until done (about 10-15 min.)

Serve hot.
