3 eggs
¾ cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar

3 cups flour
2 cups zucchini squash-grated
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Directions:

1. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
2. Mix first five ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3. Mix next 6 ingredients together in a large bowl
4. Combine the two bowls, mix well.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour
