7 apples, grated
1 c. sugar, divided
3 Tb. lemon juice
½ c. potato starch
¼ - ½ c. oil
5 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with ½ cup sugar, lemon juice, potato starch, and oil.

Beat egg whites with other ½ cup sugar.

Pour yolk mixture into whites slowly. Add grated apples until just mixed.

Pour into 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Freezes well.
