600g Chicken Breast
60g Corn Flakes
Hot Sauce/Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp Mustard
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Cayenne
2tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Celery powder

Low calorie bun
Romaine Lettuce
7g of Light Mayo

Directions:

1. Slice the chicken breasts into small cubes

2. In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and celery powder.

3. Mix the chicken with the seasoning until well combined. Work chicken so it forms more of a paste like consistency.

4. In the same bowl, add the mustard. Mix until well combined.

5. In a separate bowl, add the corn flakes.

6. Forming cup sized balls, roll the chicken mixture around in corn flakes until evenly coated. Flatten the ball while doing so, to form a patty.

7. In a small bowl, add the hot sauce.

8. Dip the chicken corn flake patties into the hot sauce, covering both sides evenly.

9. In an Airfryer, cook the patties at 390º for 10 minutes

10. While cooking, slice the romaine lettuce into strips.

11. Then, toast lightly toast the hamburger buns. Spread mayo on the top bun once toasted.

12. On the bottom bun, place the cooked chicken patty, the lettuce, and top with the top bun.
