150g spring peas
30g fresh basil
10g fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast#
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of flaky salt

Asparagus + Spinach
200g asparagus
Large handful of spinach
1/2 juice of lemon
1-2 tsp capers

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and cook your favorite pasta.

2. Meanwhile, make the pesto and keep for later.

3. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan on medium heat then sauté the asparagus for 2-3 minutes before adding the spinach. Continue to sauté and add the lemon juice. Remove from heat but keep everything in the frying pan.

4. Reserve some pasta water - about 2-3 tbsp.

5. After the pasta has cooked, add to the frying pan with the reserved pasta water, pea pesto and capers and stir everything together.
