Notes: I was watching the Great British Baking Show and they featured Malt Bread. An old favorite in the UK. It looked beautiful when they made it so I found the recipe and opted to switch it to gluten free, molasses instead of malt and dried tart cherries instead of raisens because of my diet restrictions. It is a delicious bread and I discovered molasses is actually an anti oxidant for arthritis!!! Whoopee!!
