150-300g dried spaghetti
200g cavolo nero (kale)
60g spinach
4 garlic cloves
30g cheese
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
2. Add the garlic, cavolo nero and spinach to the water and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
3. Using tongs, carefully remove all the veg and transfer to a blender. Adding 1.5 tbsp olive oil, the vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, salt and black pepper. Blend until super-smooth and creamy.
4. Drain the pasta, reserving a few tablespoons of pasta water.
5. Return pasta to the saucepan with the incredible green sauce, loosening with a splash of reserved cooking water.
6. Serve pasta to a plate or bowl and enjoy!
