1 pound chicken wings

Seasoning:
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. cayenne
1/4 t. black pepper


Place wings on a baking sheet with a cooling rack on it. Put in refrigerator overnight to dry out the skin. When ready to cook blot with paper towels and sprinkle with seasoning.
Place in air fryer basket and cook at 380* for 15 minutes then flip and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Increase temperature to 400* and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes or until skin is brown and crisp.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, place the wings in a preheated 350* air fryer basket for 5 minutes, then increase the temperature to 400* and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes or until warm to your liking and crispy.

A serving of 4 wings = 325 calories, 22 g. fat, 30 g. protein, 0 g. carbs
