1 lb. boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
Tortillas

Marinade:
2 t. canola oil
2 t. squeezed lime juice
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 t. ground cumin
1 t. chili powder
1 t. chopped cilantro
1/2 t. Adobe seasoning
1 t. salt
additional toppings: Sour cream, tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, avocado slices, salsa, guacamole, jalapeno slices.

Directions:
Directions:
Add marinade to shallow bowl and whisk to mix ingredients. Add the chicken to the marinade ingredients. Marinate overnight, or for a few hours in refrigerator.
When chicken is done marinating, add it to a frying pan and saute until done. Remove meat from the pan and set aside. Add peppers and onion to pan, and saute until just done, don't overcook. Add chicken to vegetable to reheat, and serve on tortillas that have been warmed. Add desired toppings! Ole!
