1 pound ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup milk
a small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a muffin tin, small loaf pan.
In a large bowl mix together all the meatloaf ingredients until well combined.
Press the meatloaf mixture into the cups/pans, filling each to the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes for muffin size or 45 minutes for loaf pan or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the tops are browned.

While meatloaf bakes, make the mashed potatoes.
Once the meatloaf is done, let them cool slightly and remove them from the tin.
Spoon the mashed potato "frosting" on top of each meatloaf.
