8 Large tortilla flatbread
4 Chicken breast
1-½ Cup cheese (grated)
½ Cup Philadelphia cream cheese
1-½ Cup Franks red hot sauce
Salt/pepper, etc
Green onion/sour cream/ranch to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360ºF

2. Brown chicken, shred and add garlic and spice, allow chicken to cool then combine Philly cheese and hot sauce.

3. Use flat sheet and line with parchment paper, baste with butter and lay down flatbread.

4. Add chicken mixture, add more flatbread and baste with butter.

5. Bake for 45 minutes with another tray on top to prevent curling of the tortilla's.
