2 cups of warm water
2 tbsp yeast ( I use rapid rise)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup honey
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
7 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the yeast, 1 cup of warm water, and sugar. Stir gently. Cover bowl with a dish towel and allow yeast to bloom /bubble.
Add oil, honey, egg, salt and remaining 1 cup of warm water and siir.
Add 1/2 the flour and stir.
Gradually mix in the remaining flour. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, adding more flour until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Rub dough with some oil and cover with a dish towel. Leave in a warm place for 2 hours and it will rise and double in size.
Punch down the dough and divide into 2 equal portions. Braid each sectin and let it rise again, uncovered for about 40 minutes. Brush with beatne egg and a little honey .
While dough is rising preheat over to 350 degrees. Bake 35-45 minutes.
