2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
pork chops
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pork chops, dip in flour then egg.
Dip in crushed crackers and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
Sprinkle with a few cracker crumbs and top with 2 thin slices of butter.
Bake at 350º for 22 minutes.
Turn over and place 2 slices of butter on each chop.
Bake at 500º for about 12 minutes.
