6 Tbsp Butter, Melted
1 1/2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Chicken Breast, cut in half horizontally
2 Med Potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup Cheese, shredded
4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preheat grill to med high or 425 degrees.
In a small bowl whisk together butter, ranch and salt and pepper.
Coat a Large piece of foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl place the potatoes and carrots. Drizzle with 4 tbsp butter mixture. Toss to coat.
Place the chicken in a single layer on the foil. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
Top the chicken with the potatoes. Fold foil to make a packet.
Grill 30 minutes. Open packets, sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Let cook open for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
