4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until soft dough is formed. Cover and set aside until it has doubled in volume.
Once dough has risen, punch it down gently. Grease a 9-inch cake pan and flatten the dough inside. Using a knife, make a design in the dough.
Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until the himbasha is golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let it rest briefly on a cooling rack.
Slice and serve.
