Ingredients: 1/2 Cup cold butter, cubed 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup pecans, chopped, divided 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided 3 1/2 cups 2% milk, cold 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant butterscotch pudding mix

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350º F 2. In a small bowl, cut the butter into the flour until the mixture is crumbly. 3. Add 1/2 cup of the pecans to the flour mixture and stir to combine. 4. Press the flour-pecan mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. 5. Bake the crust until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. 6. Allow the crust to cool completely. 7. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and the confectioner's sugar. 8. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping. 9. Spread the cream cheese mixture of the crust. 10. In a large bowl, add the milk and the pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes. 11. Let the pudding mixture stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. 12. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly. 13. Refrigerate the dessert until set, about 15-20 minutes. 14. Top the dessert with the remaining whipped topping and the remaining pecans. 15. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hours. 16. SERVE |
