potatoes (I like Yukon Gold)
olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
paremesan cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
3. Cut potato wedges, leaving skin on. Put them in a large bowl.
4. Drizzle with a LOT of olive oil, then sprinkle on a generous helping of all the seasonings.
5. Toss to coat.
6. Bake at 400º for 35 mintues, stirring halfway through. Stab with a fork to see if they're done (they might need a few more minutes).
7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with more paremesan cheese and enjoy!
