½ c. Butter
½ c. Packed Brown Sugar
¼ c. Granulated Sugar
1 egg
1½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Baking Soda
⅓ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
Flaky Salt (for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown butter until amber in color, then pour into a heat proof bowl to cool for 10 minutes.
2) Whisk butter with both sugars, then add in egg and vanilla extract.
3) Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt.
4) Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes,
5) Bake at 350º for 11-12 minutes.
6) Top with flaky salt.
