4 c. Chicken Broth
1 c. Finely Chopped Carrots
½ c. Finely Chopped Celery
1 c. Frozen Corn Kernels
1 c. Chopped Canned Green Beans
1 c. Diced Potatoes
½ c. Butter
½ c. All Purpose Flour
2 c. Milk
½ c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil all veggies and seasonings in broth, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
2) In a separate pan, melt butter, then add flour to create a roux. Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
3) Combine milk mixture with vegetables and broth and cook an additional 5-10 minutes, then stir in cheese until melted.
