500 g. Diced Chicken Breasts
1 Tbs. Granulated Garlic
250 g. Basmati Rice
600 ml. Chicken Broth
75 ml. Buffalo Sauce
60 g. Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook chicken in a skillet with seasonings.
2) When chicken is done, add rice and toast 2-3 minutes, then add liquids and simmer with lid until done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
3) remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
