2 C warm water
4½ tsp yeast
½ C sugar (or honey)
3 tsp salt
4 tsp oil
5-7 C flour
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, and sugar and let set until foamy. About 3-5 minutes. Add salt, oil, and 3 cups flour. Mix well. Add eggs. Mix well. Add 2- 4 cups of flour. Add flour until dough starts to pull away from the bowl. You do want it to be a little sticky. Form dough into a ball and put into a greased bowl. Turn the ball over in the bowl to grease the top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise for 30-45 minutes. Divide the bread into 2 equal parts. Flatten each part out and then roll to form a loaf. Place in greased loaf pans and allow to rise for another 25 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. When the loaves come out of the oven and still hot, spread butter on the top of the loaf.
