30 oz. Chicken Broth
3/4 c. Uncooked Wild Rice
1 c. Uncooked White Rice
2 Medium Carrots
½ tsp. Dried Rosemary
½ c. Butter
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
3 c. Fresh Broccoli Florets
½ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Bring broth to a boil and add wild rice, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
2) Add white rice, and simmer an additional 20-25 minutes
3) In a skillet, saute carrots and rosemary in butter with seasonings.
4) Combine carrots, rice, and broccoli in a 2 qt. baking dish. Bake covered at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
