600 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams unsalted butter - cold
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tin evaporated milk
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
warm water
sunflower oil to fry

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour. Add sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Cut butter into small cubes. Add butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly.
Add milk and mix well. Add water, bit by bit to soften. Roll out dough and then, using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut dough into 1/2 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add one piece to test. When that piece is dark brown, remove, add all, and fry until dark brown and crispy.
