Potatoes
3 large onions
2 tomatoes - cut into small pieces
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions:
Directions:
1) Peel and cut potatoes into 2-inch pieces. Boil potatoes until soft. Set aside.
2) In a frying pan heat oil. Add onion, salt, turmeric, tomatoes, pepper, and red chili flakes. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add potatoes and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
Serve.
