24 oz penne pasta
1 cup butter
3/4 pint heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
dash garlic salt
3/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Melt butter into cream in a large saucepan over low heat. Add seasonings.
Increase the heat to medium.
Stir in grated romano and parmesan cheese until melted and stir until the sauce has thickened.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until thoroughly coated.
Serve immediately.
