500 gram all-purpose flour
10 gram salt
40 gram sugar
90 gram skim milk powder
15 gram yeast
2 eggs
200-250 gram water
40 gram cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all-purpose flour, sugar, skim milk, and yeast.
In a separate bowl mix egg, salt, and water.
Make dough by mixing dry ingredients with egg and water mixture.
Mix well and add oil little by little.
Knead well - at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Place in a warm place for fermentation for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, knead the dough again and shape in your preferred bread shape.
Allow to rest for another 15 minutes.
Beat an egg with 3 tbsp milk and brush it on the dough.
Place in the oven at 190º and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until browned.
