Crust:
1 C Flour
pinch of Salt
½ C Butter
5 tsp Powdered Sugar

Filling:
2 Eggs
1½ C Sugar
¾ tsp Baking Powder
¼ C Flour
3 heaping Cups Rhubarb, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt, butter, and powdered sugar for crust, as if making a pie crust, only eliminating all moisture.
2. Pat into a 9x12 inch pan, or smaller, and bake 10 minutes in a 375º oven.
3. Next make filling by beating together eggs, sugar, baking powder, and flour.
4. Add rhubarb and place mixture in baked crust.
5. Return to oven and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350º.
6. Serve plain, or with ice cream.

Cut ingredients in half, use an 8 x 8 baking dish, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
