Lamb
Tomato Sauce
Split peas
Potato
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
1) Chop onion and fry until golden brown.

2) Cut the lamb and add it to the fried onions.

3) Add tomato sauce.

4) Add split peas and add water to cover.

5) Add seasonings and bring to a boil.

6) Cover and allow to cook for 3 hours.

7) Enjoy with white rice.
