3 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups of orange juice
4 cups sugar
3 quarts of wild blueberries ( fresh or frozen )
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the lemon juice, orange rind, orange juice and sugar in a large saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil then add berries.

3. Bring back to a boil. Add cinnamon, cloves and liquid pectin.

4. Boil hard, stirring constantly for one minute, then remove from heat.

5. Once cooled, pour into sterilized mason jars and seal.
